The North American Power Sweeping Association is pleased to welcome its newest gold partner Sweeprite, a Merit Manufacturing Company. Sweeprite has been an innovator in the mechanical sweeping industry for nearly half a century and we are happy to have them in the association.
History
2026 will mark Sweeprite’s 50th anniversary of building hydraulic sweeping machines. Since 1976, Sweeprite has focused on continuous improvements in technology and reliability, culminating in the latest S2 and S3 sweepers.
In 2018, Sweeprite joined the Merit Manufacturing Group, a full-service metal fabricator. Sweeprite has leveraged this partnership and now produces all of the metal components that go into the S2 and S3 sweepers. Not only has this increased efficiency and quality, it has enabled Sweeprite to rapidly design and fabricate custom solutions to meet customers’ unique needs.
Excellence in Simplicity
Sweeprite has always focused on its core business: mechanical sweepers. While opportunities have arisen to diversify into other sweeping technologies, Sweeprite’s leadership team has concentrated its resources on mechanical sweeping to maintain its position as a top choice for sweeping professionals.
Sweeper units are very complex machines. Maintaining these units is a critical concern during the acquisition process. The parts that go into the S2 and S3 can be divided into two categories: specialized components fabricated in-house and readily available, and parts that are available off the shelf in most regions of North America. What this means for Sweeprite owners is that maintenance time is rarely limited by parts availability.
The Next Stage of Sweeprite’s Evolution
Due to the rising popularity of the S2 and S3 models, Sweeprite is in the process of expanding its dealer network across the United States and Canada. Sweeprite is proud to become a member of NAPSA and is eager to partner with fellow NAPSA members to grow its presence across North America.
