This mechanical broom sweeper has been totally rebuilt at the factory in Harrisburg, PA. Rebuild includes but is not limited to:

- Complete health check on chassis from local Isuzu dealer
- Chassis fully serviced and inspected – oil, oil filter, and all other filters
- New chassis SCR system
- New chassis turbo charger
- New Isuzu reman transmission
- Sweeper
- Sweeper totally torn down, sandblasted, powder coated, and painted
- Complete new elevator system – housing, chains, bearings, flights, etc.
- All new updated hyd "Rhino Hide" industrial non-chafing hoses
- All new hydraulic motors with case drains (4): both curb brooms, main broom drive, elevator drive
- New brooms
- New water pump system and plumbing
- Updated Deutsch waterproof/dustproof electrical system
- New camera monitor system with 4 cameras: backup, hopper load view, right curb broom, high dump (for seeing dump trucks)
- New high-pressure hydraulic filters (in addition to the standard return line filter)
- Sweeper engine completely serviced – all fluids and filters
